It is not as as you suggest. At the moment there is no law restricting how people dress. Everybody can dress as he wish.

There is possibly a law coming that will impose to a few group of workers that are in a very specific position of authority to never wear religious signs. At the moment, the government is still pondering all things.

I think all that crap should be permanently banned in the USA. If they want to wear that stuff let um go back to their own damn country and wear it there!
