Dan, I recieved my package of info. today also, I have read it thoroughly. I see now why the price of this stock has been as low as $.04 a share. I heard that management in the past was terrible, boy do I believe it! Finances for 1993 thru 1996 were a mess. New management is now in place, hopefully this is the year for a turnaround. The last few years have been tough for the remediation business. Large companies in the U.S. have put off spending on cleanup work because of pending legislation, but eventually the work will need to be done. Found out that Industrial Ecosystems niche is in bioremediation. Basically, they treat a patch of ground that is contamidated with oil or petroleum byproducts by flooding it with microbes that consume oil. Let it sit for a while and the oil is gone. Pretty cool stuff. Other companies do the same thing, but I.E. claims that their microbes work much better and faster. The ROP division, thats a whole other story. Think I will do some heavy typing for all to see. Bill H.
