Squirrel, I have seen the product and was impressed with it. On eo f my earlier posts details how I came across this product. The company has been picking up new customers (12 last quarter) and shipped 262 boxes last quarter. The company is also enjoying repeat business. This data can be found in the SEC filings. Reasons for gross margins reductions are also explained in the SEC filings, but even after the reduction in gross margin, a gross margin of 67% is excellent.

"Is there a logical explanation for the disproportionate rise in Receivables for the third quarter? It appears that every dollar of revenue from the 3rd quarter stayed in Receivables and that about half of the 2 quarter's sales were still outstanding."

A logical explanation might be that inventory is sitting on distributor's shelves rather than in the hands of end users.
