Eric: Just wanted to clarify the criminal convictions.

Mr. Burditt's conviction was for Counts One and Two:

K.S.A. 17-1255 defined as Offering for Sale Unregisterd Securities, an Unclassified Felony, Count One

K.S.A. 17-1254 defined as Engaging in Business as a Broker-Dealer/Agent Without Having Been Registered, an Unclassified Felony, Count Two

Count Three was dismissed as a result of the plea agreement:

K.S.A. 17-1267 defined as Violation of A Cease and Desist Order, an Unclassified Felony, Count Three

Just wanted to set the record straight. "Stock Fraud" is an undefined term that gets thrown around alot and we should be careful to use the precise terms. Hope this helps.

Thanks for all of your continued devotion to posting relevant and accurate information on this thread, Eric. You are truly appreciated.
