Hi Dennis, I see you keeping this thread busy. I am still long on MDT and I don't see any reason for selling the stock. I was told that two weeks ago there was a positive article on the WSJ on the future of defibrillator, I guess it was the same day that the stock hit the all time high of 53. I wouldn't pay to much attention to these clowns at UBS or any other firm, a dart picking method is more accurate than an analyst point of view. We know that MDT business is sensitive to the value of the dollar so what we heard is nothing new. Its not easy finding great companies out there but when you know you holding one of the best companies in the world its very hard to sell the stock. I remember reading an article once where a money manager (not an analyst) was asked about his favorite company, guess what, MDT was the answer, when asked how long he has been holding it for, his answer was "only 37 years". When you own companies like MDT AUD RPOW MSFT INTC SYK AHP PFE GDT JNJ PG TFX and others that are in the same class, I believe that the only logical step to take is to keep buying more, I see that the DOW is up over 50 points right now, maybe I will sell my MDT. JUST KIDDING.

Still have not seen a good explanation for the sky high PE, in light of the lack of growth. Okay mabe the demographics are in their favor, if so why are they unable to translate it into any growth?
