Just receive JBIL's First Quarter Annual Report. Looks great.

"Market Developments

Recent fears about Asian financial turmoil and earnings pre-announcement comments from some of the Company's customers have led to the speculation on adverse impact to Jabil's future business.
This speculation is not well grounded because Jabil does not produce the products significantly affected by these developments.

The financial decline of Asian economies is of modest impact to Jabil.
The company estimates that less than six percent of its revenue is ultimately consumed in Asian markets. The short-term effect of the Malaysian currency devaluation will be to reduce manufacturing cost from the Malaysian factory. This could have the effect of modestly increasing Malaysian income.

Outlook.

The results for the first quarter were excellent and show continuing delivery of targeted growth rates in operating income. The Company believes the fear in financial markets is overstated and is painting the electronics industry with tot broad brush. Jabil looks forward to
continuing strength in the business for the balance of fiscal 1998. "

Any comments?

I do not follow JBIL, however, it seems that it is close to becoming a good buy(Price to Sales less than 1.5 and PE down to 20)...where do you see good support?
