Quiet day on Ashton. If it weren't for Broker St. James, who sold 200 shares at $6.30, we would have closed even for the day. Again, not what I expected today, but then again it was not so bad. Mr Dempster, I agree, being a holiday on Monday is not usually a good day to release info. Then again, Ashton does not give a crap about I, you or John K, think. With my experience with reliable Diamond exploration companies in Canada, with the exception of Chris Jennings company, info is real conservative and they only release information they believe must be released due to market regulations. There is confidential data that a company holds back that according to me, it should be public. Do I know that for sure re Ashton? No. Ashton is not prepared for a market runup due to a notation in their release that a one or more huge stones over 2-3 carats were found. Would that be relevant market info? How about color? Are we assuming that within the past twelve months, Ashton has not been able to analyze their bigger stones or is not interested to know the color of the stones. Interesting isn't it. Obvioulsy, if we ask Ashton, they'll say that it is early in the game, not holding anything back, and have not identified the colors of the stones. I like to know! Why, I continue to be extremely bullish on Ashton is that, in the past Ashton has dumped many areas in NWT and USA. In Alberta, they are hanging on for over a year. They had opportunites to continue their explorations in NWT, which are real close to some interesting discoveries of diamondifirous pipes. IMO, these boys are on to something real big and are trying to keep a close lid. BTW, if you look back when they staked some land in Alberta with JV Pure Gold, they never really made a big deal in promoting because otherwise they would not have had time to stake all the land they wanted. They actually wanted Montello's property. We'll see, maybe next week, they'll disclose quality and color.
