You have a right to be annoyed. I would call Pino and ask him that specific question - does he still feel comfortable with his prior statement. If you do not reach him immediately ask for his voice mail. Leave your name, phone number, mention that you are a shareholder and that specific question, and ask for a call back. If you eventually get him ask your question. I would also tell him Greenlaw doesn't return his calls. Post his response please. If he does not call back within a reasonable time let me know. I might have better luck. If we do not reach him, draw a negative inference.
