Worth reposting:

There once was a man who went to the squirrel races. He thought he had a sure fire
way to win. The problem was it never seemed to work out. See, what he wanted to do
was wait until the race started, and then once he saw a certain squirrel (say 'Nutty
Buddy') pull ahead, he would run as fast as he could down to place a bet. But once he
got there, since the race was already almost over, the 'Race Makers' would just beat
him up and take away all his money.

This man had a friend who also enjoyed the races, and had an incredible knack for
picking the winning 'race-squirrel'. Not only that but he also placed his bets in a timely
an organized manner. His problem was, the moment he saw his pick fall back a little he
would burn his race tickets, and stomp their ashes into the ground. The sad part is
more often than not, his squirrel would pull ahead in the last leg and win the race. He
would then be left sobbing quietly over his hastily destroyed fortune.

One day both men met each other in a train station.. there they learned the moral to
their stories.

It's nearly impossible to board a train that has already left the station, not only that but
you might get beat to death trying.

It's also a good idea to know where you plan to go on your train, and when you are
going to get off. Leaving a train at the wrong time can be quite hazerdous to your
health.

The reason I have taken your time with this post is simple:
I believe we have a good pick here with sycr. We have placed our bets at the
RIGHT time. Before the real 'race'. I know it is hard to wait in your seat with a smelly
hot-dog, wait wait waiting for the ride to finally start.

Well Tommy, Jimily, Marc and whoever else you pick up along the way.....I sure could use the help and maybe you'll solve my problem with the masons. They really need help hauling the bricks and your services are greatly appreciated. However, I will have to let Jess be the supervisor...shes too sharp for you guys and should get the job done much faster.

Thanks ahead of time for your services....

BTW...did I mention the fact it's an office building...not a home.... it's only 120,000 sq. ft.....it shouldn't take any time at all.

Marc, the situation with Pat is worse than I thought. He appears to be hold up in his employer's place of business claiming some sort of squaters right to the building. This could be a hostage situation. If you get there before we do, approach with caution. He may have a ruler.
