My sentiments exactly.

This is a good deal for shareholders. Top executives holding significant levels of stock shows their personal dedication to the company. If anyone feels they are purchasing this stock at low levels, they aren't lower than what anyone of us could have bought in the past few weeks. A private placement instead of this would have been at a lower price, more costly, and in my mind less attractive having those shares in the hands of someone outside of the company.

Don - not sure I agree/understand your point. In order for a takeover (hostile or otherwise) to occur, the purchasing company would have to aquire/have tendered a majority of the existing stock - which the insiders already control. To this point - they would have to relinquish control in order for any corporate takeover to succeed as it is - the additional shares can only dilute any FUTURE earnings the company might earn and furthermore, dilute the takeover price per share for the company if any where to come about.

Granted, the 10,000,000 is welcome capital, but will be exhausted if and when phse II/III trials are completed - leaving only the shares on the book for future earnings consideration.

Just another point of view (by the way, I am LONG on this stock but am cautious with the track record - a little profit is better than holding worthless paper awaiting a MOONSHOT that keeps getting cancelled)
