To answer your question in fart, the DOW is about to complete a quarterly outside key reversal... the NQ has already completed a quarterly outside key reversal...

These are quarterly bars, so we're looking long term...

The last time either of these two indices completed such a reversal was in 2000 for the DOW signalling a major move lower and in 1998 for the NQ at the bottom signalling a major move higher...

Just remember, history doesn't have to repeat itself exactly, but it does have a way of rhyming...
