One thing he forgot Lew - The telephone is the oldest and only machine invented in history in which you can still use the very first one developed on the existing up-to-date machinery. Also the biggest machine! regards Mike

Indeed one significant player has been heard to say that the only way for a phone copmpany to survive the on coming onslaught is to cannibalize its non internet based services as quickly as possible.
