ron, tom kurlak doesn't let the public in on his analysis and he just says what will make him money.

he is a modern day stock pimp, while he is right in this case, DON'T TRUST HIM.

he'll lead you off a cliff and not think about it twice.

a word to the wise.

good luck.

Ron:
Several of us have enjoyed going head-to-head with TK, especially with respect to the fundamentals in the PC/semi arena. Its also nice to see his 180 degree reversal. I share Skeeter's views on this particular analyst's capabilities and motivations, and it has been a real pleasure to see him take a slap to the teeth for his ill-disguised "extraction" operation (read Fidelity, which I'm told by an excellent source has all but liquidated its MU position).

There are a significant number of first class short opportunities in the tech sector, but it can be painful. Normally I advise all but the most stoic to avoid shorting, but if you can take the heat, it would be difficult to find a period in market history when fundamentals were more on your side. MU of course is a favourite. I have however promised never again to say or suggest that it will fall to ........ (g)

Best, Earlie
