The result of INTENSE RELIGIOUS BRAINWASHING that a "god" gives one the go ahead to murder any individual that was not born into the same religion that the murderer was born into .... No child is born with the innate desire to kill someone. That state of mind takes years of peer pressured persuasion ... About 2018 years ago it was stated that it would be better for someone to have a millstone hung around their neck and to be thrown into the sea than to cause one of these little ones (an innocent child) to stumble ..... Maybe that should be brought to the attention of the more Extreme Mullah types ....
