Has anyone heard any more about the rumoured FileMaker Pro acquisition by Big Larry and Oracle? As I understand it, FMP generates $100M annually in sales for Apple's Claris subsidiary ... so why dump it?

If the above happens ($23 2/4/98) what type of an option (put/call) would you consider for 4/98 (after earnings) and at what price ?
