Quan -- i don't think so. my gut tends to side with David on this one...that investors were running this one up a little in anticipation of blowout earnings...that didn't materialize and they sold. "buy on the rumor...sell on the news" anyways...hopefully we will find good support in the current range and we begin grinding back up again. from what i've read...analysts are prediciting a pick up in the videoconf market later in 1998....i'm betting that this will materialize and this stock will begin to take off later this spring as the picture begins to take shape.

Quan

I have a few thoughts on drop. 1)Some speculators may have anticipated a blow out quarter which did not happen. 2) In the recent market psychology investors are searching for a sure thing. VSVR is the leader in their field but they have stumbled this past year and 3) maybe some insider info we are not privy to. Regardless I feel this is a good time to get in>In my opinion< we will see a nice return at the end of 98 if entering at the present level. I am using the stock to write covered calls so I will generate cash flow throughout the year regardless.

I also own another stock which reacted similar after announcing earnings in line with estimates (LOJN) it has since recovered but i was dumbfounded over the drop.

Does anyone else have any information in regards to VSVR????

Best of luck
DAvid
