Farmers in Louisiana and other parts of America no doubt feel foolish they don't live in Wisconsin. - They should have planned better. The $147 trade-war payment given to corn farmers will keep many off welfare for almost a week. You have to wonder why America's corn farmers stupidly chose not to live in Wisconsin and grow soybeans.
