I think your being to picky. He is saying that it has acted that way in the past. One day it may move higher, I'm betting on it being sooner, but he may be right. TA even if I don't understand it dictates he is right to talk about ranges.

My guess is that IDT goes through 15$ when (and if) analyst consensus is for earnings to be around .75/share. This is a PE of 20, which a strong growth stock should be able to carry. Since they earned 1.44 a couple of years ago, maybe they can get there again within 2-3 years. if so, that would support a price of 28-30, which is near it's all time high of around 32.5 (after the stock split).

But of course, it's only a WAG.
