Below is a post copied from AOL. It is becoming increasingly apparent that this individual was correct. What does everyone else think?

I am doing this as a cortesy to new and current investors about the tri-star merger. I am associated with people who were close to the deal and I'm going to give the facts.
- The deal blew up 2 months ago.
-herb wanted to change the deal at the last minute and get more money and his demands wern't met
-herb wanted to prevent a news report that the deal fell through by threatening the company
-he was and maybe is still trying to sell the shares he has on the hopes of merger news
-Tri-Star has no relationship with food concepts whatsoever
-he planned on spinning the coffee company off with a new 504 after the reverse was complete.
-the news release came from new jersey because that is where is lawyer and pr guy is from
I could say a lot more but I won't. I suggest you call him direct with some very direct questions. I am posting this info because I don't want to see anybody suckered. This is not my screen name so don't bother replying. I refrained from posting for a long time because I did not want to get involved but I felt feel you need to know. If you readers dont beleive me consider this fair warning. My conscious is now clear.

Daryn, <<I knew Tri-Star was a scam!>> How do you know that? I was given the telephone number of a principal of Tri-Star, but never called. Do you really think that Herb would give me a phony number, or a number that wouldn't connect me with Tri-Star? IMO if Tri-Star doesn't happen it may be because the parties couldn't come to terms. That could be good for us if it was a bad deal that would screw shareholders. Calling something a scam without proof is reckless. Low stock price isn't evidence for scam.
