I'm an Oracle employee and can tell you I'm definately feeling the pain. I hold a number of shares, some of which I purchased through the ESPP and others at $30 through my broker.

It's no fun to lose paper profits, but I'm holding long term anyway. Much of the press and chatter concerning Oracle lately is focused on short-term glitches, not long-term trends.

Nothing is guaranteed, but Oracle at these prices is a very good bet.

Hey what's the problem the NASDAQ put ORCL on sale for the last 6 weeks if you liekd at 30-40 you got to love it here. Remember they have to keep the talent from jumping ship. Never look in the other guy's pockets.
