A few small things: Maybe instead of "technology" we should use "methodology". It may be a more appropriate term in light of the nature of their business. They themselves refer to their R&D efforts as improving "Methodology". And it is my understanding, that this is where the company has a unique approach, derived mainly through the academic research of the people in charge of the company. I will try and dig something more specific out this weekend (about the uniquiness of their methodology), but outside contributions are greatly welcomed. Have a good weekend!
