Richard, I can only think the the process was to far along to stop. Obviously, we the shareholders got screwed, but I get some satisfaction out of the fact that Herb's large holdings are worth much less as well. Darrell

Richard, Something was not right with all of this. I am inclined to believe "the" post. Herb will not take calls -- why now? I am glad I do not own this one. Another thing -- an average shareholder would not sell after the reverse split wipeout. They would hold and see if everything panned out -- yet someone has been selling steadily for a couple of months. Just some observations. I will watch for the news, but until then -- "not with a ten-foot pole."
