To all: Just watched "Wall Street Week" with uncle Louis. Marty Zweig asked guest expert M/M about y2k and possible resulting recession. Guest was computer industry expert. His reply was something like " our computer industry is too flexible to suffer much from a y2k situation, just stay home on Jan. 1 year 2000 and watch football, if you're really worried stay off the elevators for a few days" The discussion was that brief, no follow on. After reading this thread one forgets that the're still out there. one of the lurkers
