Don't know myself. Sold my holdings @ 8 1/2 after the "bag of air" news so I haven't been following closely.

Know that it has traded under 6 until a couple of days ago. Based upon the story I got in November, there may be some further development on the joint airbag production. I'll post later if I find out something.

Meeting held Wednesday attended by shareholders, brokers & analysts.
Story is Airbag technology. Company disclosed product is ready, Next few months they are getting the mfg. line ready for production - targeted in early summer. This needs to happen to make September 1999 car assemblies.

Supposedly, HSR expects to get 30% of the market, which according to
the company, the royalty stream would generate $20 to $30 MM in
revenues a year. This is significant, given current revenues are around $35 M. Ramp up would be over next two to three years, so we are talking about a 30 to 50% revenue contribution over the next few years.

Stock not covered well. Float is only about 6MM shares. So significant movement can be expected.
