What are you referring to here? I am reading the thread backwards, from the top down, trying to answer stuff, which confuses me, because I might have missed the original SUBJECT being discussed.

Father Terrence,

I used to consider JFK to be one of our worst Presidents, but other Presidents followed who really outdid him and who found ways to spend money and create bureaucracies that we could never have imagined in our wildest dreams. One thing JFK did while in office was to actually cut taxes, something no one since has seen his way clear to do. I doubt that history will be all that kind to JFK, but he will undoubtedly be graded on a curve. Please don't misunderstand me, I do not hold the JFK administration in high regard.
