HH - Are you saying that ZEN carries D&O Liability Insurance for its Management Group/Board of Directors If so, they are hiding the very expensive premiums - How they spend shareholders money is Material Information. Would shareholders support paying the premiums required to cover insuring stupid or immoral decisions made by management??
