As I noted, I do not eknow FAMH's temp to perm ratio. Nor do you as you quoted "normal". I am not arguing with you, just attempting to be accurate. A couple of questions: 1. Would you care to respond to the perm placment ratios? I took the time to respond to your request for information. 2. If you are "glad to be out at .32" why stay on the thread? Do you get some thrill from casting aspersions which are negative in nature and are based on incomplete data? Rick
