This is a great marketing SPIN. I read the article, it compares only 3 new generation line rate switching routers - Bay, Foundry and Extreme. Foundry won it (A-), Bay (B+) and Extreme (B+) were very close. Foundry and Bay are Editor's Choice, Extreme is
Honorable mention. Price wise, Foundry and Extreme is much lower than Bay. Of coure, these are startups and have to price lower.
One thing to watch is Cisco 2916 and 2924, it has better performance (can do 20 ports line rate vs. BayStack 350 11 ports) , Gig or ATM uplink (in 6 months, 350 has no uplink capability), same price as Bay's hot selling BayStack 350.
