Lou,
Maybe this market is making us all cranky. Mark would be my choice for the person who provides the most useful information on this thread. Review his posts and I think you'll see that he puts in a lot of effort and provides insight on technical, market, and company topics.

I think his advice to review the thread and THEN ask questions if needed was quite polite.

When I was in school, teachers expected students to have read the assignment before taking up the class's time with questions. I think Mark is very forthcoming with his knowledge.

IFMX makes technically complex products and understanding them and the competition for them is every bit as important as other, more finance oriented, issues.

Maybe everyone should chill and have a nice weekend.

PUNKO - I'm sure that there a number of people on the thread who would be happy to answer questions on the things you didn't follow.

IMHO

Lou, Punko, VinWood:

As a lurker shareholder, please feel free to start a new thread. I will not follow you there. What I find annoying is reposts from people who are too cheap to actually join SI. How can I assign any validity to their thoughts regarding my investments when they can not even afford to spend $125 for a lifetime membership. It's obvious to me they have not made any money in the markets. Of course if my only investment was in Informix, I'd have a hard time paying the signup fee as well.

Lou, you think you are doing us a service, but you are really just ripping off the people who have bet there livelihood on providing this service to investors.

Regards

Tom

Lou:

Let me apologize for my last post. It was inappropriate of me to speak(type). How did you feel to be accused of not providing useful information to the thread. I may have taken it wrong, but are you saying that what this company produces and what it competitors do has nothing to do with an "Investment discusion". If you do not understand the discussion you have two choices: Ask questions, or click next"

Again I apologize for previous post.

Regards

Tom

>>>>>I agree, but some translation would be courteous gesture,

>>technical insight.<<<

This can't be done. The techs here can hardly guess what experience each other have had, let alone what the others may know. Nobody wants patronizing longwinded 'translations' attached to everything. In fact it's the best way to attract a flame war.

>>>Mark, I would make a bet that you have never tried to teach a class.<<<

The kid with the best grades in class is normally the one who isn't afraid to ask questions. The one who doesn't need spoon feeding.

Lou,
>>Mark, I would make a bet that you have never tried to teach a class.
I taught high school math and science for 2 years in the late 70's and was a GTA for a chemistry lab earlier.
