I found this interesting site about worldwide business corruption and economic transparency. Don't ask me how I did it but this is it:

transparency.de

They also provide further links to more sources, so I guess it makes a good find.

As an aside this Graf Johann Lambsforff who maintains the site most likely is the brother of the prominent German politician Otto Graf Lambsdorff, who is in the Liberal Party (FDP; they have a market-oriented platform) and once was Germany's minister for Economic Development. He may have been finance minister, but I'm not sure anymore. Was about 10 years ago or so. Prominent anyway. Funnyly he stumbled upon some murky party financial stuff or nepotism or something and resigned without being prosecuted, if I recollect correctly <g>.

So best to all, Thomas

Stitch, I thought and hoped you might jump in there :-) Thanks!

BTW, aren't here any folks who can give us a take who shopping malls in Tokyo, HK and SGP look these days? How full are airplanes when you fly these days or crowds at airports?

In any case, report when things start to look better again.

T.
