What's Intel technology? The DEC buyout does not mean that the illegal copying were legal. The point is that Intel did not fully digest these illegal copying technology well. According to DEC's Alpha technology in order to give PII reasonable system response performance, a 2MB L3 cache is needed to speed up its slow memory speeds. That's why that Pentium processors have respectable process power, but, are very slow to response to keyboard/mouse commends.

Re -- I would agree that PII-300Mhz has respectable processor power.
