Hi Fawn,

I haven't called CAFE, but dere1 e-mailed me the number. At this point, I'm not sure what I would say even if I got hold of someone. I really wish dere1 asked the manager of the LA restaurant how many shares he owned. This would at least tell us if the conversions are done. The way I see it, if he started 2.5 months ago, and was promised stock in lieu of some salary, Rubin would be reluctant to force the stock down (assuming he wouldn't screw his most important restaurant manager). But since dere1 did not ask we do not know. I will e-mail him next week and see if he can call the LA manager again. If you ever speak to anyone in the company other than Rubin PLEASE ASK IF THEY ARE STOCKHOLDERS !!!!!!!!!! Come to think of it, if you talk to Rubin, ask how many shares he owns now. Please pass these thoughts to dorri and dere1.

Here's what's going on with the stock -- most people who wanted to sell sold before Jan 1. If they had any reservations, they were removed by the Dec 29 love note from Rubin plus delisting. Just about the only ones left are us and new bottom fishers with no problem spending between $1000 and $3000 to speculate on this stock. Just think -- the 300,000 shares traded at 1/32 today, if they were buys, amounts to $10,000. So maybe 5 people in the entire country decided to buy 60,000 shares apiece. Big deal. If somebody knew something for sure, I think you'd see MUCH heavier volume. If I knew something for sure, I'd buy 2 or 3 hundred thousand shares.

By the way when you see a sell of a few hundred shares or so don't laugh. They are probably from people who bought a year ago or more when the stock was $5.

I don't think Jennifer really posted. I think the manager's comments were more important. He's got some plans for the place. We'll see if business is picking up in their next report. Unfortunately we will probably have to wait another month for it. Unless you really think Rubin'll tell us what he's up to before then. Hang in there !

Regards,
Chris
