Thanks for the link. Found this quote to be very interesting RECENT EVENTS Between January 9 through January 14, 1998, the Company raised approximately $6.0 million in capital from private sales of shares of its Common Stock to holders through the sale of 545,155 shares at a price of $11.00 per share. Seems the company wasn't to anxious to announce that the private placement was done at $11. That piece of information was missing from their press release. All of the lucky PP shareholders can now sell their 545000 shares for a $6 profit....If the MM will take them, Ron
