Re SEOAY

I come up w/ a similar GN valuation. Have not followed the stock for awhile. Dividend paid every March ($0.48/share last year) around 3.5%. Most of that is ROC according to their Web site. They say they pay 50% of their income out as a dividend.

I have on my watch list and would like to add this to complement my US timber REIT CTT.

Maybe I can start a position before the next annual dividend.

The Foreign Timber Producer/manufacturer Stora Enso (SEOAY) came up on my radar screen. They have a PE below 8 and show a dividend yield of 4.67%. Earnings estimated for 2019 and 2020 are at $1.25/year. Selling at 1.19x BV

GN value comes in at $16.75/share or about 37% undervalued from the current price of $12.20/share.

I have a GTC order in and will watch for awhile as this would make a good addition to mu US Reit timber play CTT. THE RENEWABLE MATERIALS COMPANY

Stock is selling below its SMA(200) @ $12.63/share and its SMA(50) @ $15.14/share (all on the weekly scale) and has fallen off it's all time high of $21.60/share June 2018 (or 56% below it's high).

FWIW, I see I wrote some notes 1/2012 when the stock was $5.35/share (calculated GN at that time of $11.50/share) but never bought any. It turned out stock was more than a 3 bagger in six years.

Seems like a good value Buy at $12.20/share/

RE: SEOAY

In for a small BUY of SEOAY the Norweigian lumber company. Paid $10.33/share. They hold/own some good timber assets and operate some high tech milling facilities that manufacture some state-of-the-art timber (using laminated technology). They market to end users and have products used for all types of finishes. Even new designed wood beams are lighter/stronger than current designs and make use of all the scrap pieces after milling.

Will add to AG basket and this complements my REIT CTT holdings. Dividends are almost equivalent too.

SEOAY has reached my GN target at $17.27/share. Peeled off 25% and will see if earnings can move it up to $19/share. Been an excellent 19 month hold (buy 5/29/2019 @ $10.33) just over 65% gain (42% annualized)
