THC, First I'll have to figure out what SOI wafers are, I read up on the company. Software is more my interest, as to semis, I've been trading CY for a few cents here and there waiting for the sector to come back to more reasonable levels. I am somewhat skittish on the 'go commercial' considering the record of new tech like CYMI, but then I didn't hear about that one until after the run from ten to 46 or whatever (it split and I can't recall the numbers.
