I've mentioned the Insider Trader site before. I think it is a valuable site. I wish I'd known about it in April of last year. This is when our fearless leader dumped 300,000 shares.

The stock price was above $3 at the time. Maybe I would have taken some of my money off the table too.

I've found two other entries where SYCR filed a form 144 to sell a total of 65000 shares, but I haven't found the actual sale (yet).

The sales may not have occurred. It is my understanding that form 144s are only good for 90 days.

In some ways I was relieved. I checked all of August and September of last year to see if there were any inside sales prior to the disastrous 10K when we all found out about Q4/97. There didn't appear to be any.

I woke up the other night and it hit me like a ton of bricks.
We are always wanting to be in with the "insiders" buying and
selling. We know that Mathers fund has been buying a literal
ton of shares. It is obvious they are no longer buying or the price would have not gone under 1.50. If you have been watching
the last couple of days the bid and ask has been moving around
like popcorn on extremely light volume. The overhang has been taken out. What is gonna happen
when they put out a good press release? People in the know are not the ones buying after
the news hits the wires.
