The hype tho Marty is in the malignant transformation part. I am no scientist and would appreciate others opinions on this. I think the possibility of the diagnostic is probable especially for internal cancers such as bladder. I am still doubtful of cancer and aging. I am learning toward build up of genetic damage of DNA, GERN hype not w/standing.(:>) The journey is still out. If it doesn't pop on this, it is the short of the decade. I hope you don't think I am being confrontational w/ you. Regards, Stan

Here's a link to Geron's backgrounder on telomere/telomerase. It's worth reading if you're interested in the importance to medicine (and our own health) of the latest discovery published in Science. (If you're just a trader looking to profit on GERN's momentary ups and downs, I doubt the link will mean much to you.)
