I have a question about the Windows Store...

I'm using windows 8.1...

For the past week I've not been able to get into the windows store in my PC, it keeps saying that it's "not available right now and try again later"... later never comes...

I had this happen one time before and someone was able to enable or disable something and then it opened, but I don't remember what it was...

Any ideas about what I need to do?
