I used to manage an apt. complex next to a KFC. Every night, my stairwell would be full of KFC garbage. I stayed up and caught some homeless guys going through a garbage bag from the KFC dumpster. They told me that every night at closing, the KFC would toss all of it's remaining food, and that's what they ate to live. I made a deal with them that they could continue to eat it there if they'd clean up after.
