koan-

i understand your position and applaud you for your generosity.
your ideas would be good ones... 50 years ago.

in the NOW, i see an existing explosion underway---> population, and
consequently the overheating & razing of our habitat. we could ALL be
homeless in less than 20 years. i don't think any government agency can
ever be large enough to handle it logistically - other than to set and nurture
the mutual goal of people helping people. the people who are homeless and
their helpers right NOW are the best prepared. the army with the greatest
chance of saving the human race, may be the salvation army.

i may be voting for this brother to be president in 2020:

there may be solutions in information & technology science and artificial intelligence,
which are also exploding NOW. that's where i'd look (in the NOW).

taking a vision of the government structure of the last century and projecting it into
the future is NOT a winning strategy. taking something that is obsolete and trying
to make it relevant and better is the folly of historians. it doesn't work that way.
that which is obsolete is leapfrogged by something that is totally different and
exponentially more effective in the NOW.

these are just my opinions and my vision is a product of my vantage point,
which is on a different mountain top than yours. i love you none the less brother.
keep looking for solutions... and sharing them... even if they're obsolete... :)
