How about this for a scenario.

Wiluna Mines in Australia has a been perfecting a process developed in S. Africa, to bioleach sulphide ores. Excess heat generated in the process, killed or made the bacteria inert, slowing the process, so extra cooling capacity had to be added. In the Yukon heat retention isn't an issue. Oddly enough the 7+grams/ton headgrades, are remarkably similar to ORI's. Wiluna's major shareholder is Homestake, via its acquisition of Plutonic (19.9%). Homestake is aware of ORI and its reserves/potential.

Do we get a mill, do we get a buyout, or do we get nothing?
