CCleaner presets (2) — OS settings — Note: Windows 7, but SHOULD be applicable to all Windows versions

— These settings will allow reuse once a day, three times a day, once a week or whatever
— Be careful: if you check "Index.dat" files (for instance), Windows will have to rebuild your index every time you boot up
— You CAN check individual categories ONCE if you need to clean something. Just remember to REMOVE the check, after the session, so that you go BACK to your usual presets.
— In "Advanced", similarly, you may choose different options. For instance if you're having OS troubles, save your Log Files. But if everything's running well, no need to save them
— Be aware that Internet Explorer is ALWAYS collecting cookies, just like Firefox. Get rid of 'em.
— Experience will teach you what to alter, and when. To start, these presets should work well
