Is it shameful that some people will not give Donald Trump the credit he deserves?

Chrys Jordan, also an American citizen (still)

Dear Glenn Comstock:

Yes, I think it is a shame that a significant number of people don’t give Donald Trump the credit he deserves.

For example:

Trump defrauded his contractors when in business. He should be seen as a thief.Trump went bankrupt more than three times. He should be seen as a failure.Trump lied during his campaign and continues to do so. He should be seen as untrustworthy.Trump cheated on his wives. Those who claim to believe in traditional family values should see him as a two-timing, no good snake in the grass.Trump knows nothing about politics. He should be seen as an incompetent.Et cetera. No, this was not an exhaustive list.

But it indicates that Trump does not get the credit he deserves, not by his following.

No: they try to give Trump credit he doesn’t deserve.

They say:

Trump saved the economy (nonsense)Trump is keeping Americans safe (he is not)Trump deserves the Nobel Peace Prize (for what?)But whatabout… (usually, they refuse to discuss Trump at all)Et cetera ad nauseam.

They give Trump the credit he does not deserve. They don’t give him the responsibility he does deserve.

I think it is shameful, but that his following won’t feel shame about it.

Yours,

Chrys Jordan
