Hi Christine, This test reminds me of one that I took in high school to determine what sort of job that I would be most suited for. My test results strongly suggested that I become a shephard! Even though I am sometimes put in a position of supervising construction people, I don't like it. I do organize though, but in my head. I prefer to work with 1 or 2 people who are very smart, so that we can bounce ideas off of each other. When I work alone, I play my own devil's advocate game. It helps to have a dual personality. Del
