The more I think about this, it might be one of the best possible outcomes to explain the reticence at the CC.... this is an actionable tangible issue which can be addressed (and I would hope is already addressed) with appropriate administrative execution.... it is vastly preferable to other situations. Hopefully this is the type of release that dots some i's and crosses some t's in advance of approval. Nowhere does it indicate there is any fundamental issue with the drug, but there was a lack of perfection /following of protocol in production.
