I agree, and yet this is still a TERRIBLE headline. Not saying it is wrong or unfair...just terrible. It is fraught with negative implications and the suggestion that there is more. “FDA hits IMMU...”. “Hits” is a pretty negative verb suggesting wrongdoing and possible punitive action. “Integrity breach” ? The implications of that phrase are horrible. “Other violations”. Sounds like there is another shoe waiting to drop.

I’m not saying the substance merits much concern; I really don’t know. But that corrected headline by itself is pretty bad. Happy we did so well today but I’m worried about the next couple of days. There is fodder here for the shorts.
