How does a spin-off to shareholders work? I've never been on the receiving end of such a scenario, but I am definitely intrigued.

My SWAG on it is that you will see both happen. Maybe an infusion of new money from the sale of Canada CardCall also. I agree with Grupo on one of his possibilities of a release on something that will be a complete surprise. Joe is on a roll so anything is possible.
