This is great news and relieves the uncertainty surrounding the plans to mine and process the 990 tons of ore planned for this winter. The estimate to get us to next spring was $3 million. The problem was raising it. Now that concern is behind us. Some people are going to fuss about the dilution. I would prefer to not see it either. The choice is suffer dilution or go broke. Seeing this mornings bid and ask, 40 cents looks good. Somebody wrote a short while ago the share price was not something to worry about. My translation of what was written. I understood the context of the comments and agree wholeheartedly. We needed $3 million to complete this winter's project. We would not get to next spring without it. That is how important this deal is. You might say, it is the difference between life and death. How the markets view this project will make or break Zenyatta. If the opinion that Zenyatta graphite and graphene continues as meeting expectations and one of a kind, we have a future. Zenyatta will meet our expectations. Our new BOD are continuing their promise to deliver news and inform us as news develops. Thank you. Liz
