My experience is money talks and your networks. These shorts have their connections; right or wrong they do and that’s what makes them lots of money.

Bottom line is the data and our mgmt team. I am reassured by friends that we have a great team leading the way and they will make sure all is done and done right.

Here is to IMMU!!!!!!

I should not have to file for the 483 - but I cannot find it. A company is out there selling it so Im working with someone at FDA now to get to the bottom of this. I can file an on-line FOIA request to FDA and will go ahead and do that as I would like to see if immu filed a response, etc. Right now, I want to be sure that this company that is selling it got it via FOIA and not from someone inside the company or an ex-employee. The current situation is history but in the future we certainly do not want to have leakers! Call me paranoid (been called a lot worse), but I think it is important to see where they got their info from - or where they did not get it from (FDA post). If you were able to find it on FDA site, please let me know where.
