If IMF changes its policy quick enough, the Asian crisis will soon be over and your dear CPQ goes up. I has told you that the Asian crisis is nothing more than shortage of dollar reserve to maintain the short term debt, nothing else. Think abou that why one year ago Korea's economics
is so strong and why not now? The industrial fundamentals are sound, the problem is the short term debt. If the problem is resolved, the economic engine can be turned up tomorrow!!!
